Shipping Policy
DELIVERY - £4.50 or free for items over £100
We shall despatch items via Royal Mail First Class and your order should arrive within 2 – 5 working days.
For items over £75 will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded and would therefore need a signature on arrival.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY
Any orders to the EU will be £8.50 and other countries £10.00 and will be sent using Royal Mail International signed service. This may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures. Any custom duties are the responsibility of the customer.
GIFT PACKAGING
Our jewellery will arrive in a gift box or pouch and we offer a gift wrapping service at an extra cost of £2.00, this will be appropriately boxed, and wrapped with paper and ribbon and can be sent directly to the recipient. This can be changed in the deliver options at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, we are able to exchange or refund with 7 working days.
Please email us at katemartinjewellery@gmail.com if you have to return an item.
Items must be returned in the original packaging and the same condition as they were received. Please pack goods in a padded envelope.
Please return the package with the original delivery note.
All refunds will be issued to the same card that was used for the original payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on earrings, unless they were faulty on arrival.
All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and can only be refunded if the item was faulty.
